What the grant covers

The BizAdapt Grant supports eligible legal and contractual work that enables your business to adapt, restructure, or enter new markets.

Review and redraft contract clauses, identify risks in contractual obligations, and support renegotiations that may be cross-border.

Disputes-related work
Advise on dispute resolution strategies, and execute dispute resolution strategies such as mediation and arbitration that may be cross-border.
Ready to apply?
The BizAdapt journey runs in two phases — a pre-application consultation with your appointed vendor, followed by project advisory and delivery. Enterprise Singapore reviews and approves the final grant support.

Pre-application consultation

Company expresses interest in BizAdapt.

Beyond Horizons engages company and reviews eligibility.
- 03
Beyond Horizons issues Letter of Support.
- 04
Company applies for the BizAdapt grant on the Business Grants Portal.
- 05
Enterprise Singapore reviews and processes the application.
Company can embark on the project once the BizAdapt application is submitted to EnterpriseSG. Final grant support is subject to EnterpriseSG's review and will be made known upon approval.
Phase 02
Project advisory & completion

Commencement of project.

Beyond Horizons monitors progress and delivers agreed-upon services.

Bulk Discount & Capped / Fixed Fee arrangements
Client-friendly capped fee and fixed fee arrangements available upon discussion. We can offer a Bulk Discount of 10 hours at a time.

Waiver of onboarding fee
All new clients and matters require an onboarding and client discovery fee of S$900 per quarter — waived for any single engagement costing more than S$30,000.
